ACTS administration moves to new premises in Perth's northern suburbs. The new premises in Balcatta provide improved work areas for our Executive Management Team, administration staff, more space for records storage and room for growth. The administrative functions of ACTS, ACTS Corporation, IDAT and Aerospace Operations Australia will all be delivered from the Balcatta office.

ACTS completes the CASA Aging Aircraft Policy task.

Pilatus Aircraft Ltd renews its contract with ACTS to provide support services for military and Government aviation projects. ACTS looks forward to supporting Pilatus in the major projects for Defence including Air 5428 and Air 5232, as well as providing support for projects involving special missions aircraft.

Mark achieves Process Communication Model (PCM)® Certified Practitioner status, and will underpin ACTS entry into delivering PCM courses and Gemasim to existing and new clients. ACTS  is delighted to be working with Werner and Andrea Naef, the  Oceania licensees for PCM and designers of Gemasim, and we will continue to support and be supported by Werner and Andrea as we develop our capability.

ACTS will be offering PCM® courses and Gemasim training to various industries in 2011, including Aerospace (military and civil), Mining and Oil/Gas, Medical, Policing, and Education. GemaSim is a team/decision making and training tool designed by Werner Naef, a former Swiss Air Force Colonel, Swissair Check and Training Pilot and head of Training, and HF/CRM expert. It is based on PCM principles, and supports real time training under stressful conditions and focuses on individual and team performance. PCM® is a validated model that allows individuals to better manage themselves and personnel through the use of defined and unique communication processes.

Pilatus renews its contract with ACTS to provide support for the PC-21 program. Pilatus renews its contract with ACTS to provide support for the PC-21 and other training programs. ACTS support will include consultancy, training system advice and development, and personnel to assist with marketing, teaming and RFT response development. ACTS will continue to develop innovative training solutions for Pilatus to present to Defence and civil customers.
